CAD-CUT Premium Plus film has a satin finish and is notablefor easy cutting and weeding. Suitable for several print proofs. An innovative new CAD-CUT Premium Plus film designed for superior stretch on performance fabrics, and heat sensitive textiles. Durable, it performs particularly well when applied to a vast variety of fabrics at low temperatures, with a short application time.

Supplied on a pressure sensitive frosted carrier for easy cutting and weeding, CAD-CUT Premium Plus film is perfect for detailed and multi-colour designs. Soft matte finish and available in fashion and University colours, making this material the obvious choice for fashion and sports/performance wear.

Cutting Notes
You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 2.5mm (0,1“) for lettering & logos.

Application Instruction
Temp: 150°C
Time: 8 seconds
Pressure: Medium (#4-6 on Hotronix®)
Peel: Warm – cold

Multi-Color Designs
Apply background for 3-5 seconds, peel carrier cold. Repeat for additional colors. Finish with final application of 18-20 seconds. Peel cold

Care Instructions
Machine wash up to 60°C using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry-clean. Can be directly ironed onto.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry area. Avoid direct heat, sunlight and humidity.
