CAD-CUT Basic film Plus with no adhesive backed carrier, it is ideal for large designs, numbers and letters as the film is easy to weed. Low cost – easy to process.

Cutting Notes

You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1.5mm (1/16“) for lettering & logos.

Application Instruction
Temp: 160°C
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium (#4-6 on Hotronix®)
Peel: cold

Multi-Color Designs
Apply background for 3-5 seconds, peel carrier cold. Repeat for additional colors. Finish with final application of 10-15 seconds. Peel cold

Care Instructions
Machine wash up to 60°C using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry-clean. Can be directly ironed onto.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry area. Avoid direct heat, sunlight and humidity.
