Ulano TZ: Toughest screen printing emulsion. Ever.
Ulano TZ series from Ulano is marked by total water resistance. These blue emulsions are formulated for use with water-based inks, water dyes and plastisols. This emulsion produces tough stencils with excellent mechanical resistance, good resolution and edge definition, and excellent water resistance.
Stencils coated with yhis Ulano emulsion are easy to reclaim. Ulano TZ emulsion finds its application in textile printing, especially in imprinted sportswear applications, so much so that it is widely used and trusted by the giants.
Ulano TZ /CL is same is TZ but is supplied clear for easier see-through registration. Ulano TZ- HY200B is a high viscosity variant of Ulano TZ/CL, for better coating control with very coarse mesh.

Storage recommendations for Ulano TZ
Premeasured diazo sensitizer is included with each product. Shelf life of 4-6 weeks after adding diazo. Coated mesh has a shelf life of 4 weeks.
