Ulano Proclaim HR and Diazo is a high resolution diazo-photopolymer (dual-cure) emulsion for screen printing finesse. These screen printing emulsions by Ulano offer unequaled exposure latitude and ease of de-coating, even if underexposed or when used with aggressive inks and wash-up solvents.
Ulano Proclaim HR and Diazo is multi-purpose, fast exposing, and provides good acutance. Its high solids content (37%) assures good stencil build per coat, excellent mesh bridging, and fast drying. It has superb coating properties and durability, and is resistant to all solvent-based inks, as well as water-based UV inks.
For demanding graphics, electronics, and industrial applications Proclaim HR proclaims advantage. Ulano Proclaim HR and Diazo derives its green color from a pre-measured dose of Diazo sensitizer powder. If that’s not enough, pre-measured bottles of powdered Diazo sensitizer are supplied with each unit of Ulano Proclaim emulsion. For instance, 50-gallon emulsion drums are usually supplied with 50X1-gallon sized bottles of diazo, but 28-ounce and 1-liter sized bottles are available on request.
